He has served as President of the University of Georgia Ag Alumni Association in 1998 and a member of the UGA College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences Advisory Board from 1998 - 2001. He is currently a member of the University of Georgia Alumni Association board of directors. Glenn is a graduate of the 1999 Leadership Georgia class.
